Really its the mountians that are so spectactular. Living in a hilly city it seems that every neighborhood has great views in all directions. I am working on the mountain shots though. One day I'll be in the right spot, with the sunlight and cloud cover just right so I can show you how amazing this place is.
Actually this was taken on the sly because our neighbors bathroom window (with a half-shade) can be seen from this window and in the off chance they were in there and looking out at my window I didn't want them to see me taking a picture with a big telephoto lens and wondering what I was focusing in on...so this is the best I could get of a lovely, lovely sunset.
