Gardener

This is B with her "carrot". My dear, in this case it is carrots.

The vegetables in our garden can all be harvested now. Some have been ready for awhile. But I have questions about the size of the veggies. These carrots have been in the ground over 75 days but they are still so small. Is that because I didn't thin properly? Is it because it is fall and the sunlight levels have decreased? It is the same with the broccoli and beets. So I have a little research to do. The Swiss chard, lettuce and spinach are all great and didn't seem to suffer from the lack of thinning.
Maybe I should keep them in the ground for awhile longer.
