Foulweather Bluff is a good beach to visit on a weekend. The walk is less than a mile to the beach on a glorious path through the forest. Bright green ferns against the dark of fir and cedar trees. Glimpses of the water and marsh through the underbrush. At the end of the walk is a long, clean beach with a bald eagle presiding. Later some of grampy's big oysters for lunch (yes 2 of the four kids ate more than one) and some puzzles inside when the rain began to fall.
