Our morning routine has changed some now that we are living in our new place. We can see school from our balcony (though we can not walk for the steep jungle in between) and it's a five minute drive. This gives us extra time in the morning for whatever comes our way; a slow or picky eater, pancakes, swim in the pool, lost homework, deciding what to bring for show-n-tell, lost socks... It also means dad drops the kids off at school, as it's on the way. That leaves me free to take care of W. This morning he was racked out like this (but woke up a short time later). I am so thankful we found this place and are able to rent it. The proximity to school makes the start of the day so much less hectic.
