pink and green

Heathers grow really well in the northwest they are both wet and drought tolerant, good ground cover and each variety blooms in a different season, giving a good show year round. They look beautiful when mixed with dwarf pines, daffodils and beach rocks. I also love that each variety's evergreen is a different shade. This one is charteruse while others are olive or deep forest green..

They even match the cherry blossom colors...the moss in our lawns....on our trees. It really a green and pink time of year.

and a little frost just to make sure we don't get ahead of ourselves. We still have 5 days you know.
