new color, new home, new use

This trunk was purchased for me when I was a babe. It was an army trunk. Army Green. My mom painted it a pretty bright yellow and orange and it held my toys. I reacquired it sometime before B's birth and decided to paint it for some nesting sort of reason. Since then it has housed blocks in the kids room.

I never really liked it in there. I felt its location did not prompt them to remember to use the blocks. Besides they like to play were the action is (read mom). So I brought it into the living room the other day. It appears to have been rediscovered. BTW, that quilt hanging over the side of the lid - one of the quilts talked about here.
